Job Description:

Our fast-growing beauty and wellness school is looking for a Clinical Aesthetics Instructor. The ideal candidate is someone with knowledge, experience, and competencies in the field of medical aesthetics.

Competencies:

At least 3 years of industry experience with the following:

Micro-needling

Advanced Facials

Chemical Peels

Microdermabrasion

IPL and Laser Treatments

Understanding the Integumentary System and Advanced Skin Analysis

Treating Hyper-pigmentation

Understanding Galvanic, Ultrasound and High Frequency

1 – 3 years of experience in the industry as a Clinical Aesthetics Instructor (preferred but not necessary)

Clinical Aesthetics license is required and teaching certificate(preferred but not necessary)

Passionate about learning and teaching

Fluent English – verbal and written communication skills

Strong training, leadership, organizational and coaching skills

Great team player with leadership skills.

Essential Responsibilities:

Effectively supervise students

Class preparedness, developing lesson plans and course outlines

Regular communication with the school’s administrators

Implement school policies consistently

Attend meetings and training sessions

Ensure safety and sanitation during classes

Foster teamwork within the campus

Actively participate in developing the curriculum

Serve a leader, teacher and role model to students

Evaluate student academic performance and provide constructive advice
